Hooray! Summer is finally here – and if there is one thing that the warmer weather calls for, it’s bubbles and berries! The Patterned people concocted this creation with dreams of long Summer days and post ceremony toasts – wide brimmed straw hats a must!
This sweet, floral cocktail is our favourite creation for a romantic Summer celebration with the sparkling water giving it a light bubbly touch. And the berries? Well, they add that little extra colour and punch!
- 20 ml elderflower liqueur
- 60 mls Prosecco
- 20 mls sparkling water
- 5 mls raspberry coulis
- Mint leaves
Combine raspberry coulis and elderflower liqueur together in a cocktail shaker with mint leaves and muddle together.
Pour into a cocktail glass and top with mineral water and Prosecco.
