With the beauty of London surrounding her, it seemed the most appropriate location for Melbourne designer Cathleen Jia to capture her brand new 2017 collection “Love Struck”.
Not only did the city hold a beautiful sense of charm. but with one of the founding inspirations of the collection marriage quality, it seemingly fair to shoot it in a city where quality is recognised. Cathleen noting “To me, love can strike anyone at any time, without discrimination. I really wanted to create a collection to capture freedom in love. Love Struck was inspired by liberty, individuality and ease. Brides are able to express their own style within the collection pieces, free to choose who they want to be and love who they desire. ”
Always a designer who has created for the lover of vintage styling, Cathleen’s new collection features stunning vintage-inspired separates that are designed to be layered- giving freedom, a sense of liberty to the bride to be choosing her own style for the day and evolving it throughout the day. Each piece requires minimal fittings designed instead to be as carefree as the collection itself.
“Love Struck” is available from Cathleen Jia bridal loft.
