Kevin of Kevin Lue Photography likes to tell stories with his images, using the power of his images to tell you things that perhaps words are sometimes inadequate to express. As the images of your day unfold, your day is written in emotions and fleeting moments captured forever in an image. The story of the first day of the rest of your lives – to share with generations to come.

We asked Kevin of Kevin Lue Photography five questions in five minutes:

What is your favourite after five drink?

This is a tough question! Who wouldn’t enjoy the crisp taste of a cold beer? I do enjoy espresso martinis on special occasions, or no occasions at all. Bloody Marys are also up there on the list.

Your favourite weekend getaway?

A nice drive to the central coast or south coast – I love relaxing by the water.

Favourite restaurant?

I like trying new things so I haven’t got a favourite, but if you asked me to pick one, I would go for Cafe Sydney.

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

Poached eggs with mushrooms on the side. Absolutely divine!

Your favourite wedding story?

This is another tough one as all wedding stories are quite special. There was one in particular, which sounded like a script from the movies. Before the couple started going out, they were work colleagues. One rainy day, Chris was stacking chairs at a parking lot and the more chairs he stacked, the more chairs fell down. When it all went pear shaped for him, that’s when the rainbow appeared before his eyes. That rainbow turned out to be the love of his life. Vicky saw that he was in trouble, she stopped to offer her help, mind you this was under pouring rain. I could just imagine that scene! Chris eventually thanked her by taking her out for a drink and little did he know that was the best move he’s ever done (second to proposing).
