Winter is here and this week the patterned people were looking for some inspiration to chase the cold away. We love this St. Kilda Fling cocktail recipe from the Grosvenor Hotel – a simple yet delicious mix of vodka, ginger ale and strawberries, it certainly put a spring in our step. Offer it to guests as a welcome cocktail at your wedding to get the party started..(or flinging!)
5 mint leaves
50ml Belvedere vodka
Muddle mint, lime and strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and shake over ice. Strain into a Catalina glass full of ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a mint leaf.
