Cocktail Friday - Peter Rowland Catering's Ginger Grapefruit Fizz

Even though the warmer weather may be behind us (hello grey skies!), at Peter Rowland Catering our simple and super delicious Ginger Grapefruit Fizz cocktail will certainly add a bit of buzz and sparkle to romantic winter weddings, no shaker required!

Ingredients:

Ice
30ml vodka
Splash ginger liqueur (add more if need be)
60ml fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
60ml fresh-squeezed lime juice
60ml Schweppes ginger ale
Grapefruit wedge to garnish

Method:

Fill a glass with ice and pour in the vodka and ginger liqueur followed by the lime and grapefruit juice.
Top up the glass with ginger ale and give it stir.
Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
