Cocktail Friday The Emporium Hotel Gingerbread Man

If you love gingerbread men and can’t wait until the Christmas season to get your fix, we have just the (boozy) solution for you! The Emporium Hotel in Brisbane serves up the most festive-tasting cocktail of them all – The Gingerbread Man. Make it yourself at home using their recipe below or better yet, visit or stay at the hotel and have them make it for you!

Gingerbread Man

Ingredients:

15ml Absolut Vodka

15ml Mozart White

15ml Butterscotch Schnapps

15ml Frangelico

15ml Gingerbread Syrup

5ml Vanilla Syrup

Garnish

Crumble Mix (crushed shortbread)

Cocoa powder

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake over ice. Strain into a brandy glass and top with crumble mix and a light dust of chocolate.
