Vera Wang is always a dream to feature. A designer who re-invented bridalwear time and time again has launched her 2018 collection in the darkest of atmospheres.

With thirteen gowns in the new collection, ranging from “Francoise: featuring a corset and garter style bodice, to the light ivory of “Maude” with hand placed, marriage lace detailing, the collection returns to the classic bridal silhouette, but with an artful consideration.

The collection, was shot against the backdrop of the Luxembourg Gardens of France with photographer Patrick Demarchelier behind the lens, capturing the entire campaign in moody black and white. The images taking on a dark, haunted look that spoke of the designer’s endless crusade to stand alone, free of trends, or the expected.

The Vera Wang Fall 2018 collection will be available in Australia from April 2018.
