Happy Monday Dotties! How are you enjoying all the fun of cake month? We are loving every sugary bit!

The month of April – a beautiful time for weddings – the weather is perfect – not too hot and not too cold. The colours are beautiful, even if the day is cloudy. To help you with planning your day, choose your vendors from the Polka Dot Directory. We have Wedding Gifts & Registries, we have Catering, we have Cakes and Menswear – we even have Food Trucks and Jewellery! We love our vendors because of the professionalism they bring to your day.

Check out the Polka Dot Directory for wedding vendors who will love your wedding as much as you!

The landscape is very much a part of Van Middleton Photography’s style. Big skies, couples perched on the edge of cliffs, or against the distant mountains – there is something so majestic and grand about using the landscape in this way. Even though people are a small part of the photo, it gives them a sense of presence and your eye is immediately drawn to them and then you take in the light and surrounds. There is a magic quality in Van’s images – and you are left wondering – “how DID he get the couple to stand on the edge of a cliff, or scramble onto rocks by the sea?” That only adds to the mystery!

We asked Van of Van Middleton Photography five questions in five minutes:
