Today’s feature to me is all about what the much loved bohemian styling trend looks like for 2018. The details are there – beautifully beaded chandeliers, shell details, feathers and a mismatch of textures. But the tones are neutral, paired back, almost modern. A grand white trestle table topped with deep, black details. Simply embellished silver cups, filled with feathers, clear glass votive holders ready for sparkling.

The look was brought to life with Byron Bay WeddingsThe Wedding Shed, and The Grove Styling at the much loved Byron Bay venue of Byron View Farm. With photographer Carly Tia, the team of creatives was joined by  Wilderness FlowersBilli-Hunter Beauty, and Feast Events.

The on-trend team of Byron Bay Weddings telling “Starting off with a natural white base provides the perfect blank canvas to began layering various textiles, florals, metallics, colours and eye-catching textures. Using a white base can also help you balance out your space and make the room look bigger.

We created this look using our black plates, boho charger plates with shell details and crystal cut glassware to keep the table looking formal and sophisticated. We’ve added feathers for some unique texture giving the overall theme a modern boho vibe.”
