Jade & Lewis
It was Jade and Lewis’ puppy dog Bailey who popped the question to Jade. “It was a normal Tuesday evening. I got home from work and was rushing around to meet a friend at the movies. I reminded Lewis to walk our pup Bailey and heard her come running through the house. She jumped on the bed and I noticed a note around her collar. The note asked will you marry me and I turned around and Lewi was on one knee, with the most beautiful ring”. It’s safe to say, that the rest is history, the couple enlisting photographer Alannah Liddell to take the reigns for an engagement shoot in the Western Australian countryside.
I like photos with minimal background distractions” tells Jade. “We were blessed with amazing lighting on the day. We just hoped the shoot would be organic and fun, to capture Lewis and me in our natural element, and that’s exactly what we got.” I think they nailed it, don’t you agree? These country sunset engagement photos? Just the ticket for a couple who loves the great outdoors!
On what she loves about her future husband, Jade remarks “I love how generous Lewis is. I love his patience and down to earth vibe. He’s taught me how to let go and focus on what’s really important. I love that we share the same life goals and dreams.”
“Jade is the most caring person I have ever met” tells Lewis. “I love that we both bring out the best in each other. I love that I will get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend.”
