With the very last week of winter upon us, we’re saying farewell with today’s winter-inspired editorial that is filled with the best kind of winter charm. Roaring fires, warming cocktails and stunning winter blooms inspire a celebration that is as beautiful as its warmer weather cousins but with a little of a mysterious charm.

With photographer Tyler Brown, the team, at brewery venue Caves Road Collective combined the styling and floral talents of Travelling Jaspers with pieces from Empire EventsYallingup Event Hire and model Maleeka Gasbarri to create a shoot that was, in the team’s words “a perfect way to demonstrate the inspiration to couples who may not have considered a winter wedding thus far.”

The team created two distinct looks, look one, set on white furniture made the most of the roaring fire. Beautiful coloured blooms that we usually see in Spring, added a depth and pop of colour to the Winter tablescape. The look layered with candles, and raw wood textures. Look two was all about a winter wonderland – stunning white flowers and textures adorning a long table under a garland of greenery and beaded pieces.

Georgia, of Caves Road Collective telling “I think I am one of the few who loves winter in the south-west just as much as summer. I feel it is pretty hard to beat a glass of vino by the fire, or the smell that the West Australian bush makes when the rain falls. Aspects such as the blazing fire, mulled wine, winter cocktails, fur coats & dozens of candles are what comes to my mind when I think of a winter wonderland – so we styled it!”
