Harrison & Rebecca’s Intimate Mornington Peninsula Wedding

“Our whirlwind romance began after first meeting at a local cafe. We would spend hours talking about our dreams, passions, experiences and sharing our stories. We were immediately enchanted with one another. From the moment we met, we kept trying to find ways to spend more time together and we fell madly in love.”

Luke and Madeleine’s Relaxed Yarra Valley Farm Wedding

“We met in 2007 through a mutual friend while camping in Echuca. We were paired together to play mixed doubles in the annual Easter tennis tournament. We all went out to the local pub one night, and on the walk home to the caravan park we had our first kiss! The following Easter, I came up to Echuca over Easter with Luke’s family, and have done so for 10 years ever since!”

Ellie & Tharindu Whitsundays Wedding at Villa Botanica

“Tharindu and I met in High School when we were 15. Four years later we were accepted into the same university to study medicine. We got engaged the year we moved to university, and five years later we finally tied the knot. We were married at Villa Botanica, Airlie Beach, June 25 2018″

Sarah & Jason’s Moody Winter Wedding in Country Victoria

“It took us 10 years to walk down the aisle and we did it at the same church, on the same day, 45 years after my parents. And five years to the day after Jason proposed. The 26th of August was also perfect because it meant we could have our winter wedding. We knew that we wanted a classic and formal wedding and set the scene with our invites. They were classic black and white with a touch of sparkle. This was the first DIY project of the wedding and I spent hours guillotining all the inserts!”

Michelle and Scott’s Moody Inner City Perth Wedding

“Scott and I met just over two years ago. I was living in Margaret River in the south west of WA, and he was in Bunbury, a city about an hour away. We bonded over a shared passion for Bruce Springsteen  and the Fremantle Dockers, and our connection was pretty much instant.”

Katie & Tyler’s Whimsical Hunter Valley Wedding

“My husband Tyler and I got married on the 17th of March, 2018. I was one of those little girls who dreamed about her wedding day… For as long as I can remember, I have been saving photos and gathering inspiration for my very own “big day.” So as soon as my husband proposed, I went into full swing planning! Tyler jokes that it was as easy as me making one phone call and saying “all plans to go ahead!” Thankfully Tyler is incredibly laid back and easy going, so he let me do all the planning.”

Ash and Doug’s Rustic McLaren Vale Wedding

“Doug and I met in 2008 on a sticky dance floor in Adelaide whilst on a university pub crawl. After sparks flew we met up the next day and the rest is history! Since finishing study we’ve moved and lived all over Australia and even overseas. Our lives have had a running theme of travel and adventure but our love for each other has always continued to grow despite our sometimes crazy lives!”

Alex and Amanda’s Classic Black Tie Wedding at Catalina, Sydney

“Styled shoot or real wedding? You’d be forgiven for thinking that Alex and Amanda’s black tie wedding in Sydney was a styled shoot from the picture perfect, well, everything… the luxe boat, free-flowing Champagne, Sydney harbour backdrop, classic P Johnson suits, the most darling little flower girls and the stunning couple themselves!”

Sarah and James’ Modern Melbourne Wedding

“Our wedding was relaxed! Happy! And filled with lots of dancing! I hoped the day would be relaxed and it really was. I started the day with a run and James started the day with brunch. We decided not to have formal bridal party photos after the ceremony, but rather enjoyed canapes and drinks with the bridal party where our photographers captured some relaxed photos of us. It gave us all time to relax and really take the day in before the guests arrived for the reception.”

Emily and Stephen’s Secret Garden Blue Mountains Wedding

“We met four years ago and as it turned out, unknowingly worked for the same company, lived less than a kilometre away from each other and had mutual friends, but it took a dating app to make our worlds collide, and love story to begin.”
