When we first talked about food trucks back in 2013, they were novel, and barely any existed. But nowadays? Every State has so many amazing food trucks and food carts to cater your wedding. Today, thanks to a month of all things food for The Feast Issue? We’re talking Tasmanian food trucks. We’ve got caterers who honour local Tasmanian produce, coffee carts (just right for cold winter weddings if you ask us) and everything in between.
We’re a big fan of having a food truck complement more traditional catering too – think a midnight appearance by a van with sour cream-laden potatoes and ice cream, or a post-ceremony drink!
