We’ve got all the luxe, all the romantic, all the stunning and everything beautiful in today’s ever so stunning editorial that brings all the glamour of modern luxe wedding styling to life.

Captured by We Are All Stardust, our team of wedding pros, had this to say about their concept. “Embracing the Ephemeral was designed to be an interesting take on combining natural textures and botanical elements with the gold and shiny opulent foundations and high fashion of the city. By bringing the outside inside; we blur the boundaries between urban life and the natural environment.”

Dreamt up by the talent of The Wedding Concept (also on styling!) and Lara Rose Botanical Stylist (who also created the lush, stunning floral details) our dream team wanted to create a look that in the team’s words was “a juxtaposition of New York City living, art and fashion.” The team combining modern urban style, with glittering fashion, Avante Garde design and modern, on-trend detail, All sitting alongside beautiful floral arrangements that were woven beautifully throughout.

Our scene was set, in New York loft-style (all that gorgeous exposed brick) at artspace White Space Studio Gallery. Micktric Events brought in luxurious and modern pendant style lights to warm the space, filled with a lounge suite and long kings table that was the star of the scene. Clear glass candelabras topped the table which was adorned with silk napkins and ribbons from Her Beautiful Mess, linens from The Tailored Table, cream crockery and gold & white flatware from Side Serve Perth and beautifully minimal paper pieces designed by Chi Borrello. The tabletop modern in design, adorned with fresh, blooms in almost sculptural arrangements, allowing the juxtaposition to really show itself off.

The team created an all-white backdrop, for the ceremony, filled with jewel-like gold candelabras from The Original Event Company, ghost Paris chairs, and sculptural floral arrangements carefully created by Lara Rose. The look designed to really highlight that mix of modern, opulent and yet minimal design.
Now let’s talk about the cake because it deserves its own parade. Designed and created by The Cake And I, the tiered masterpiece took ruffles and made them organic, the deep gold and champagne tones weaving their way throughout beautiful tiers, atop a cake stand and ghost plinth, it beautifully married that sense of whimsy with the shoot’s modern style.

And onto our brides, because this editorial, featured three beauties, in an array of stunning gowns that completely nailed the Avante Garde, dreamy, and oh so sparkle filled aesthetic of this look. Hairstylist Ab Creative Space and makeup artist Chloe Joy Artistry created looks that bridged that look of modern glamour with a little edgy style.

Models Cloe Heal, Ellie Ossinger and Caitlin Hayward dressed in jumpsuits and metallic gowns by Jonte Designs and from Through The White Door gowns by Chosen By One Day and Bowie Rae. Their glam looks finished with sparkling, couture hairpieces, baker boy hats, and metallic edged veils by Holly Barker Millinery, jewels & jackets from Mode And Affaire and shoes from Stellar And The Chief.

Stylist Kim of The Wedding Concept explaining “By combining all of these elements we are reminded Modern weddings have no rules or boundaries – there is beauty in modern simplistic styling and that always remember the ability to simplify without losing any quality.”
