If there is one marriage made in heaven, it’s Tasmania and apples. And what better way to warm up your winter bones, than with our homage to the apple isle with our apple cider whiskey cocktail?

For this one, we wanted to honour all that we love about Tasmania. We’re combining apple cider (we used one of Tassie’s favourites from Willie Smith for our version), with the classic warming flavours of whiskey (for a little added winter warmth, use one steeped with honey flavours like American Honey) and ginger.

It’s a nod to Tasmania, a nod to the apple industry and a nod to the best place to be in winter!
