Lisa and Derren
The first wedding in our week of Wedding Wednesdays is of Lisa and Derren (a musician, hear his work here)!
This wedding has such a cute polka dot, silhouette vintage look to it with a lot of fun twists!
Lisa created so many of the details of the wedding herself – including the handmade bouquets using buttons which created polka dots! Lisa also made centrepieces and signs to decorate the wedding.
Lisa and Derren held their wedding at Point Loma Nazarene in California and the celebration was planned by Carter & Cook Event Co.

Lisa and Derren had a “first look” before their ceremony.
Instead of a sand ceremony, Lisa and Derren planted a tree together, they poured dirt over the tree and their parents watered it. It symbolised the way their parents have been an influence in teaching and encouraging their love.
