A completely different style of shoot to end the “engagement day” today on Polka Dot Bride, one that I love for its rich tones, it’s sultry mood and the beautiful black and whites.
Shauna, of K & S Photography who submitted today’s shoot says “This couple met while working in a movie theatre and the groom to be is an aspiring actor so they wanted something a little different for their engagement session.
They both have a love of the classic film noir so we set out to create a sort of movie set with Jon playing the detective and Valerie the femme fatale. I wanted the images to feel like movie stills so the two were focused on each other and not the camera. The shoot was a lot of fun and the images created fit the moody feel of the classic film noir.”
