Peter and Jessica

We chose to get married on the 31st of March 2012. It was the last day of daylight savings, so we had more light in afternoon and a sleep in the next day! We love the Autumn weather and were very lucky with a perfect day of 29 degrees! My wedding dress was by Karen Willis Holmes. I saw the Dakota gown in a magazine loved it! My veil was my great, great grandmother’s.

We chose “Tilpa” private garden on a property out of Benalla for the ceremony. The reception was at the Warrenbayne Hall in Warrenbayne, Victoria. Peter shoes Clydesdale horses there and told me one day how beautiful the property was. We wanted a country wedding so the hall was perfect. We decorated it all ourselves.

Ms Gingham says: A sweet country wedding with lots of love as the theme!

Jessica says: “I am 32 years old. My husband and I have our own business in training racehorses and breaking in horses. I am a Beauty Therapist by trade. I love horse riding and doing up antique furniture.”
