Brisbane bar The Laneway has christened their first Valentine’s Day cocktail “The Passion Flute” Devised by bar owners Ben Sandford & Chris Martinez. Inspired by love and romance, the cocktail creators at The Laneway have devised a cocktail that is, as they say “subtly sweet, completely charming, just a little bit sexy and carries a twist at the end. And like love, it’s a constant contradiction given there’s no Passionfruit used!”
Ingredients:
- 30ml beefeater gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml hibiscus syrup
- Procescco
Method:
1. Combine gin, lemon juice and hibiscus syrup in cocktail shaker and shake
2. Pour into champagne flute
3. Top with prosecco
4. Garnish with a hibiscus
