When I read that Leila and Matt created their own aptly named “Wedding Cake” cocktail for their wedding day that we featured recently, I knew I had to whip it up for a Cocktail Friday feature! So here it is, Leila and Matt’s wedding day cocktail!
Groom Matt made the cocktail up in a giant jerry can the morning of the wedding and it was served to guests upon their arrival to the reception.
Ingredients:
– 20ml Spiced Rum
– 5ml Amaretto
– 60ml Orange Juice
– 30ml Ginger Ale
– Ice cubes
Method:
1. Combine ingredients and stir
2. Pour over ice cubes
