Recently I caught up with Erin from The Lovers Collective to hear all about their innovative idea for brides to be. Let me tell you, if you are looking for a great gift for your bestie or are newly engaged yourself, then you’re going to love this!

The Lovers Collective is a fresh and exciting concept of workshops and events with ever-changing, hand-picked guest speakers from many parts of ‘wedding life’ – all with the same goal of providing behind the scenes knowledge to guests. With the ‘best of the best’ including cake designers, photographers, florists, celebrants, planners, graphic designers and everyone in between, information is shared leaving guests bursting with inspiration and knowledge!

Guests can engage directly with their favourite vendors while they share tips on planning all in a gorgeous setting. Each workshop has a unique activity and hands on lesson to get the creative juices flowing and have a little fun.

The workshops are the ultimate investment for the bride looking to take her wedding to the next level, for people interested in moving into the wedding industry, or anyone who just loves a great workshop!

We’re super excited to be back with The Lovers Collective July Workshop to be held at the beautiful High Church, Brisbane, on Sunday 19th July 2015! We’ve made a few little changes including spending more time with guests and a fun cocktail hour after the workshop.

There are some stellar speakers as well!  Joining us will be Carly from CL Weddings & Events talking planning, Shane Shepherd from Shane Shepherd Photography talking (you guessed it) photography and Elise from Elyssium Blooms will be talking flowers. Megan from Hansel&Gretel Cakes will chat about cakes and present the hands on masterclass of cookie decorating, and last but not least… Georgie from Georgeous  is taking the trip up from Melbourne to talk styling (with a quick demonstration).

Guests will receive a gift pack including a succulent from Fair Light Blessed, a concrete candle holder from Melt Creations, prints from With Love, Frank Body Scrub from Envelope Registry, a notepad to jot down points from the speakers from Alex Mae and delicious juice from The Cleanse Kitchen – all packaged in a gorgeous Peachy Flamingo tote. There will also be an awesome door prize of a night’s stay for two at The Point Brisbane with buffet breakfast – valued at $500!”

With so much to see, hear and do, don’t miss The Lovers Collective July Workshop!
