Australian designer Akira Isogawa has always captivated me with gowns that are so much like art they almost take my breath away.

Heavily influenced by his Eastern background, Akira’s creations are modern, structured pieces with softness in fabric details, gauzy overlays and incredible embroidery. His Japanese background filters through with Akira being inspired by different styles of Kimonos in each of his pieces. They make beautiful choices for a bride who appreciates the thought and art that belies a gown like this.
