Cocktail Thursday – French Martini

This drink, like all things French, is known to be the epitome of sophistication. A classy drink that not only looks wonderful but tastes delicious and oh-so fresh. This is the perfect way to enjoy a little piece of Paris in your city.

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 75ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 15ml Chambord
  • Ice

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
  2. Add Vodka, pineapple juice and Chambord
  3. Shake well
  4. Pour contents of the shaker into the glass
  5. And voila! Sante!… Cheers to love and life.

The pineapple juice will cause the mixture to froth up when shaken. This makes the look of the drink quite alluring when placed on the top of the coloured liquid.
