To celebrate Queensland Theatre Company’s RED production, Brisbane’s Emporium Hotel & Bar has launched a signature red cocktail aptly named the ‘Raspberry and Citrus Tart’.

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml Mount Tamborine Wild Citrus Vodka
    Muddled Raspberries
    45 ml Pineapple juice
    15 ml House Made Falernum

Method:

1. Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker

2. Shake

3. Serve in a chilled martini glass

4. Garnish with a lemon twist
