When wedding dress designs are inspired by architecture, you know they’re going to be incredible and that’s exactly where designer Gwendolynne was led for her Architecture of Couture Spring Summer 2016  Collection.

Gwendolynne has always been known for stunning art deco styles with incredible beading and “Architecture of Couture” brings to life influences from the beginning of the twentieth century, while keeping in mind wearability and the style of the modern bride.

Beautiful windows inspire intricate bead work in angular shapes, the silhouettes of historic doors are translated into embellished patterns and the decorative elements of metal work echo into back detailing and bead work.

As always, the fabrics echo the attention to detail. Stunning luxurious satins, chiffons and crepe de chine help the intricate details shine on sleek fitted gowns which are desgined to be comfortable and help their wearer move with ease.

Gwendolynne gowns are available from stockists around the world.
