1. What is your favourite Christmas food?
Hands down a glazed ham with really delish relish, Dijon mustard, crusty bread and butter….. and Gravlax which we house cure with gin and serve with pea puree and baby crumpets.

The National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.
3. Your favourite Christmas drink?
Champagne – hands down and all day long!

“Last Christmas” by Wham!!!
5. Is there something you love to do every Christmas?
Get to have our own parties after helping Melbourne have theirs! We’re still taking orders now!!!!
6. How do you Deck the Halls? What is your favourite Christmas decoration?
Any BIG fresh flowers, we love a bit of spruce in there and nothing like a spice scented candle!
7. Do you have any Christmas family traditions?
Take the dog for a walk after main course to make room for pud!
8. Do you have a favourite shop that you visit at Christmas time?
Our good mate Shelley Panton has an incredible store with gifts for everyone!
9. Do you bake at Christmas time? If yes, what are your favourite things to bake? Would you share the recipe?
Christmas cake, pudding, brandy snaps and brandy butter – old school! They are my Nana Joan and Granny Flossie’s recipes.
10. Where will you be spending Christmas this year?
At home then camping in the country by a river.
11.Where does Santa leave presents in your house?
Boring answer – by the fire-place.
12. What do you leave out for Santa on Christmas Eve?
Well, Father Christmas told me himself at Myer last week not to leave beer or whisky as he doesn’t drink and drive anymore….so probably an espresso and some Chrissy cake….!
