It’s all about magic diamonds and sparkling celebrations during The Proposal Issue, so of course, our cocktails of the month had to follow suit and what better than with our version of a classic diamond fizz cocktail? A diamond fizz is a twist on a gin fizz and because the twist is adding champagne, how can one go wrong? This take isn’t sweet, but can be modified to your own personal taste by adding more or less sugar syrup.
- 50ml Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- Chilled champagne
- 5ml sugar syrup.
- Fresh rosemary
- In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup
- shake well
- Strain into a champagne coupe or glass
- Top with chilled champagne
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and serve!
