Looks like a regular espresso martini right? Wrong! Rather than a vanilla sugar syrup we have upped the ante and replaced it with a wattleseed sugar infusion!

Wattleseed is a fantastic addition to this classic as it has a nutty, roasted coffee aroma already but also adds touches of sweet spice, raisins and chocolate.

Wattleseed was traditionally used by Aboriginal Australians and used to make a type of bush bread. We love to incorporate Australian influences into our food and beverage where we can! Wattleseed is not only fantastic to add a nutty biscuit flavour to cocktails but can simply be sprinkled in your daily food for that next level of flavour.
