Finally! Our video of the week! I know public proposals are a bit over the top, but if it makes me cry then I know I have to share it. This one’s a proposal by an actor, Isaac who proposed to the love of his life Amy with a different kind of musical serenade.

I’m sure I am not alone when I say my favourite product on the Prio Engagement online store are the bouquet jewels! I LOVE a bit of sparkle, and there would match beautifully with the jewelled belt on my dream dress, as well as my ring of course. And – they are such a bargain!

I discovered Prior Engagement last Friday, and am impressed with the wide range of georgeous, original items. I’ve already ordered the ‘Love is Sweet’ watermelon coloured ribbon. I’m planning on using it on white butterfly favour boxes (which will have special sweets inside…) Next on my Prior Engagement wish list is the pretty ‘Homespun Charm’ table numbers. I’d also love to give my flower girl and page boys the miniture Bride & Groom teddies as gifts. The blown glass globes would also add a magical touch to the trees on our special day…the list goes on!

    Hi Ms Polka Dot!
I would love to win the Eco Wooden Ornate Handles for hand fans from Prior Engagement! As my fiancé and I are getting married in December, we thought guests would appreciate their wedding programs also being fans to help create a breeze and get rid of pesky flies!! The handles are so beautiful, and a definite upgrade from the popsticks I had in mind!
I would love to have a go at making the fans myself, but it’s great that Prior Engagement can do the hard work for you if your DIY project doesn’t work out the way you had hoped!!!

It was hard to pick a favourite…. but the ‘Classic Red Gumball Machines’ would tie in with our vintage themed wedding perfectly! They would be the ultimate finishing touch on our dessert table, not to mention the perfect bonbonniere to send home with guests. Love, love, love!

If I had my choice, I would be picking the round paper lanterns in aqua blue and white to pepper around our reception venue. It would add a great pop of colour and interest to the room!

This may sound a bit silly, but my fiance and I are planning a wedding that utilizes cupcake liners as decor. Not only are there some beautiful ones out there, but they come in a variety of sizes , styles, and prices that can add a lot of visual interest and texture when used in creative ways. That being the case, I’d buy an assortment of laser cut cupcake wrappers.

I love the customised aisle runners. My fiancé and I have tried to keep our wedding simple, and I think this would add a touch of individuality. Elegant, but fun :)

If I were to win the giveaway I would buy a couple of the acrylic crystal drop garlands. While we have our photos taken our guests will be having drinks and canapes in an outside courtyard. These crystals dangling from the balcony paired some gorgeous candles on the tables will twinkle as the sun goes down. This will prefectly set the mood for the rest of night. Fingers crossed. Thanks for the opportunity.
